We already had extensive discussions on the subject in the past. Today, while interacting with the Business Head of a company , the few new insights emerged…..
1. Schools could ensure that their curriculum includes employability skills and careers advice.
2. Build strong bond with local business houses.
3. Build strong connect with the working parents.
4. Develop skill development program in association with local business houses so that students can be absorbed in those companies.
5. Local business houses can develop work experience program for the students and faculty also.
At present, what is happening is that huge money is being spent by the Government [Central/State] and some agencies are taking the major benefits. Result is not impressive. It is similar like RTE—False income certificate, false record and RTE students are coming in Air Conditioned Car in the School !!!
