Gendarmerie I really think is tactically for inclusiveness of retired and active Gendarmes. In this way every component of current Forces where Ambazonians serve feels included in the Forces. I think this in future could be changed to Secret Service. I would think that Dinka is aware of Gendarmerie being French.
