Gendarmerie is French, but we have Ambazonians retired and active serving as Gendarmes as well. My thinking is that the category here is for INCLUSION. It can be changed to Secret Service etc later on. Dinka is a smart thinker.

Anglo saxon countries don't have gendarme forces. Where is Dinka coming from with this. Is he loosing his memory or what.
He is playing catchup and in the process making costly mistakes. Tell me how he wants to take this down and comeout with another release that has not got GENDARMERIE in it;
Shameful.
By the way if Dinka is really fighting for the restoration let him ,use the 40 million that La Republic paid to him as compensation of a case long filed to bring some meaning change because as I know he has been too silent ever since he got that money.

Hello,
Do we need to hang on to the word "Gendarmerie"?
If you ask me I have never figured out what "gendarmes"
do that "police" cannot do. Kindly educate.

Government Notice 2015/07

I Fon Fongum Gorji-Dinka, Head of State of Ambazonia, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Ambazonian Constitution, do hereby place Ambazonia in a State of Red Alert and issue the following ordinance.

Citation: This ordinance may be cited as Ambazonia Civil Defence Force Ordinance.

Article 1   An Ambazonian Civil Defence Force (ACDeForce) is hereby created consisting of an Army, a Navy, an Air force, a Gendarmerie, a Police Force, and a Customs & Excise force


Article 2  The Ambazonian Civil Defence Force has three categories:-
(i) PATRIANS: Ambazonians quitting active Cameroun service to join
ACDeForce
(ii) RECALLS: able bodied ex-service men returning into ACDeForce.
(iii) FRESHMEN: persons enrolling for training in the ACDeForce


Article 3    ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
(i) Patrian or Recall shall paste his/her national ID & Service ID on the form, scan it and email it to ACDeforce@hotmail.com
(ii) Freshman shall paste his/her national ID & state educational certificate on the form; scan &email to ACDeforce@hotmail.com


Article 4   WAR FRONTS
Designated WAR FRONTS include;
(i) All Fako 
(ii) All Mezam 
(iii) All Ndian except Dekume Balue & Toko
(iv) All Manyu except Akwaya & Upper Banyang
(iv) All Meme except Mbonge & Konye
(v) Kumbo & Jakiri.


Article 5   WARFRONT BENEFITS
(i) Patrians at War Front, shall earn double promotion with effect from the date they put the War front facilities under Ambazonian control.
(ii) Recalls shall earn single promotion after participating in action taking over the war front.

We have only two options, the AMBAZONIA's Sovereignty-equality/Sovereignty-recognition model (the option-ONE) is here to enable us take advantage of the law as we mobilize our people to recognizing their rights to their AMBAZONIAN nationality.  The other alternative left for us is the conflict model [option TWO], which still must be FULLY ENGAGED recognizing that it has its own set rules! CAUTION!! we must get our people "hurriedly" mobilized TO ACTUALIZED THEIR RIGHTS TO THEIR NATIONALITY as AMBAZONIANS and not fight Cameroon as 'southern cameroonians". To call ourselves 'SOUTHERN CAMEROONIANS', can hardly be  recognized by observers as an act of "self-determination". It is time to think SMARTER even while we get ANGRIER!
