Hi People,
 
The Gendarmerie is the same as Police. Gendarmes are Police Officers. The difference is that the French
authorities use them for administrative/oppressive duties. The notion did not exist in the colonial days.It is a post-colonial creation.
Their record in Cameroun sends chills down citizens' spine. It is therefore scary for the SC to contemplate introducing it when we should limit ourselves with the Police and the Army.
 
The main issue here is that the Ambazonian Head of Stat  has started speaking the type of language that the "ngombe" government and the Fang/Beti clique, will be forced to open their ears to. He writes from inside knowledge which he acquired through his legal grounding, his first-hand experience in the torture dungeons and insight of the workings in the regime's reign of terror.
 
Southern Cameoonians have taken varied routes in their attempt to restore their soveregnty; they have agreed and disagreed on terms and approaches. Fortunately, their goal has remained one-the Restoration.
 
In my view, if any one approach offers the slightest possibility of a Breakthrough, all hands should be on deck. I know there are several issues to be resolved when we sit under Mount Fako, but first things first.
 
We have traversed many routes required by law to resolve issues with the occupier; we have solicited the conscience of the international cmmunity, but we have not had the least reward for our peaceful approaches.The new approach, proosed by Fon Dinka, merits a posicursory  look.
 
In this light, I call on commited Southern Cameroonians to come closer if we really want  the best for the peace-loving people of the Southern Cameroons, who have been dragged behind for more than half a cenury.
 
To those who bother themselves with "40 million" allegedly paid to Fon Dinka, I will ask them to think twice. What can 40m fcfa do for Southern Cameroons? We should  not leave the substance and be chasing the shadow.
 
Maybe, Fon Dinka will make a more likeable attempt to involve Southern Cameroonians.

Gendarmerie is French, but we have Ambazonians retired and active serving as Gendarmes as well. My thinking is that the category here is for INCLUSION. It can be changed to Secret Service etc later on. Dinka is a smart thinker.

That is just part of the confusion and hurriedly drafted note. How can people who say they are fighting for the restoration of Ambazonia so blindly talk of recruiting a gendarme force when we all know this rubish of a force is a french mans thing?
Anglo saxon countries don't have gendarme forces. Where is Dinka coming from with this. Is he loosing his memory or what.
He is playing catchup and in the process making costly mistakes. Tell me how he wants to take this down and comeout with another release that has not got GENDARMERIE in it;
Shameful.
By the way if Dinka is really fighting for the restoration let him ,use the 40 million that La Republic paid to him as compensation of a case long filed to bring some meaning change because as I know he has been too silent ever since he got that money.

Do we need to hang on to the word "Gendarmerie"?
If you ask me I have never figured out what "gendarmes"
do that "police" cannot do. Kindly educate.

I Fon Fongum Gorji-Dinka, Head of State of Ambazonia, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Ambazonian Constitution, do hereby place Ambazonia in a State of Red Alert and issue the following ordinance.

(iii) FRESHMEN: persons enrolling for training in the ACDeForce
 
 
Article 3    ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
(i) Patrian or Recall shall paste his/her national ID & Service ID on the form, scan it and email it to ACDeforce@hotmail.com
(ii) Freshman shall paste his/her national ID & state educational certificate on the form; scan &email to ACDeforce@hotmail.com
 
 
Article 4   WAR FRONTS
Designated WAR FRONTS include;
(i) All Fako 
(ii) All Mezam 
(iii) All Ndian except Dekume Balue & Toko
(iv) All Manyu except Akwaya & Upper Banyang
(iv) All Meme except Mbonge & Konye
(v) Kumbo & Jakiri.
 
 
Article 5   WARFRONT BENEFITS
(i) Patrians at War Front, shall earn double promotion with effect from the date they put the War front facilities under Ambazonian control.
(ii) Recalls shall earn single promotion after participating in action taking over the war front.
