Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI-Telephonic+Face to Face NEED USC or GC only Seeking a Talented Net/C++ Contractor with Order to Cash Experience and Excellent Communication Skills to Provide Technical Leadership to an Onshore/Offshore Development Team. Responsibilities: Provide technical management to a development team with local and offshore resources. Provide technical design/architecture leadership including migration to a Services Oriented Architecture. Responsible for the on time delivery of projects with high customer satisfaction. Partner with IT and Business stakeholders. Ensure adherence with companies delivery process.   Required Skills: Experienced in developing Order to Cash business solutions (MUST HAVE OTC EXPERIENCE) Experience managing off-shore development teams. Deep expertise in .Net/C++ development. Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills including experience with one or more relational databases. Expertise with Web Services, SOA, and WCF Frameworks. Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux
