Job Description :

 

Role : Build/Release Engineer

Location : St. Louis , MN

Duration : 12+ Months

GC and Citizen

 

Minimum Qualifications
• Large-scale Web and script application development experience
 • Version control - experience managing software versions, software release planning, forking/branching and merging artifacts • Experience with configuration management tools
• Experience with continuous integration and build automation tools
• Extensive experience with configuring at least one Java application container (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere)
• Experienced in software engineering and agile best practices
• Highly self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility for timely delivery

Preferred Skills
• Development experience in Ruby and/or Python
• Git/GitHub
• Ant, NAnt, Maven, Ivy, Gradle or other Build and Dependency Management tools
• Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, Ansible, cfengine or other Deployment and Configuration Management tools
 • Experience in Python is a plus
• Experience with agile teams using Scrum is a plus
• MSBuild, AnthillPro, Bamboo, Jenkins, rake, make or other Continuous Integration tools
• Experience in software security and vulnerability management
• Experience in the financial industry
