Here is the description.

Design, develop and maintain SQL code (database scripts, triggers, stored procedures) in support of our enterprise Care Management solution. Lead complex database development projects and provide recommendations on optimal technologies or methods to improve functionality and performance. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. 5+ years of SQL server development experience with a focus on T-SQL scripting and SSIS development. Thorough understanding of MS SQL Server 2008/2012 and Windows 2012 Server. Understanding of MS SQL Server 2012 security, performance monitoring and optimization techniques. Experience planning, testing and implementing production database software upgrade cycles. Programming experience preferred License/Certifications: Microsoft Office Certifications preferred

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

Write and optimize SQL code for database scripts, triggers and stored procedures to implement database logic and maintenance.
Participate in data modeling to design and implement data structures which meet business requirements for timely, accurate data.
Promote data quality and enforce data integrity.
Monitor database performance, SQL tuning and analysis, troubleshooting and data concurrency analysis.
Develop MS SQL Server SSIS packages to implement ETL requirements.
Interact with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated databases.
