A writ petition was filed in the Kerala High Court seeking a directive to the University Grants Commission (UGC) to publish the results of the National Eligibility Test (NET) held on December 28, 2014.
The petition was filed by Basil John of Thodupuzha and others who wrote UGC-NET for junior research fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor examination conducted onDecember 28 last year.
They said that though UGC was yet to publish the results, applications had been invited for another NET examination scheduled on June 28, 2015. The petitioners were forced to send applications for the examination as they were uncertain about the result of the previous examination, Hindu reported.
