More than 200 B-schools around the world have endorsed the Principles of Responsible Management Education , a movement sponsored by the United Nations. The business school or executive training programs should focus more on developing individuals' personal growth with an emphasis on values, emotional intelligence and ethical behavior in business. The challenge for business schools is how to develop leaders not managers, and who believe that business has bottom lines beyond shareholder value.
At MTC Global, as a participant of UN Global Compact, started a unique program ‘Diploma in Human Rights in Management Education [DHRME]’ which is for the first time in India and was endorsed and appreciated by ZEE news http://zeenews.india.com/news/education/human-rights-management_954189.html\
B-schools can join hands with MTC Global to deliver the program to their students as a value addition course. It would be of great value to the students for their holistic development and also from employment perspective.
Have you included “ Principles of Responsible Management Education” in your curriculum.
Best Regards,
Educate, Empower, Elevate
