These points are excellent, applicable from primary to tertiary education.

However, institutes need maintaintheir unique identity, namely, an engineering college is run focused on technical technology not only in syllabus but even day to day functioning, B-school like business,etc. TQM, Lean philosophy, MOOC etc., will be the imbibed features. Life long learning will be a law of land. liberal education will be adopted greatly. CSR willplay a great role.
