Real feedback can b obtained through informal and casual interaction. I think if someone wish to obtain real feedback from students regarding faculty, any new intervention or any system, informal settings help much better.
I felt the impact of informal approaches regarding in managing , understanding and administration of institutions at HIMCS Agra witnessing Leadership style of Dr. NAVEEN GUPTA, Director.
Its really better n more effective as well as more accurate n powerful.

Most of the feedback system [online/offline] are tempered / manipulated. The real feedback may be students' performance. But many times, the performance of students may not have any co-relation with the performance of students.

How to obtain a good student feedback system???
