JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience in business, business analysis or product/project management experience
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field.
* Fortune 500, Consulting, or other applicable enterprise product life-cycle or system implementation (SDLC) experience.
* Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process, healthcare market and products and corporate operations.
* Ability to articulate complex product and/or system solutions to various audiences
* Experience with Business and Systems process flows to help ground audiences with scope, decisions and discussions
* Knowledge of product, marketing, sales, and claims adjudication.
* Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in order to work across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as develop and deliver formal training to internal and external customers.
* Experience serving as a thought leader in enterprise implementations. Extensive experience leading cross-functional workgroups. .
* Financial and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
* Capable of working independently and in group settings with ability to respond and pivot to rapidly changing priorities.
* Identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with Legal and/or the Regulatory Oversight Office as applicable.
* Analytical skills and experience applying business knowledge to solve problems
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) as well as Prezi.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience successfully managing complex clients and projects.
* Master Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field.
* Knowledge of healthcare marketplace trends related to product, service and economy.
* Knowledge of state and federal legislature processes, including the interaction of HCSC Government Affairs
* Experience collaborating with various enterprise stakeholders, including Enterprise Provider Network and Contracting, Health Care Management, Actuarial, Sales, SDO, Underwriting, Reporting/Analytics and many others.
