Position: JD Edwards Project Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 1 year to 18 month contract
Overview: This role is responsible for working with clients to fulfill various project mandates, including all aspects of project management: applications, technology, and development teams. The successful candidate will be able to work and communicate well in customer environments, from the boardroom to the shop floor.
Description and Required Skills
· Deep prior experience managing JD Edwards implementation and/or upgrade projects
· Strong knowledge of JD Edwards modules and integration points
· Ability to build and manage successful project plans
· Ability to manage multiple implementation schedules and teams at the same time
· Track record of delivering on-time and on-budget
· Ability to participate in pre-sales consulting assessments; discovery/scoping, estimation and preparation of materials leading to contractual customer engagements.
· Some travel required
