Skills Required and Job Description:

Currently a business analyst in  HR Service Delivery with a "3" rating or higher Travel (domestic and international) of  approximately 10% depending on work location 2 - 4 years HR technology-focused work experience; preferably including requirements gathering and testing 1 -3 years functional Oracle HCM Experience University Degree, preferably in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math or related field.    Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Visio and an understanding of how those applications work together to produce a high-quality documentation (e.g., process and data flow charts, data mapping, file layouts) Proficiency in MS Access and/or a structured query language (SQL).
