Duration: 6 month

1.    **The experience I am looking for is someone who has managed bringing on an outside vendor to integrate technology and someone who is familiar with the technologies we use such as Cisco, IVRs, Seibel, Sharepoint.
2.    7-10 years PM experience
3.    Experience managing a 3rd party vendor to implement services (preferably in the CSC space)
4.    Strong communications
5.    Experience with Cisco, IVRs, Seibel, Sharepoint
6.    Experience with tight timeline / critical chain projects
