Role: SiteMinder Engineer
Location:  Columbus, OH
Duration: 9 months

In this SiteMinder position, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team which will assist in 24/7 support of a global platform.

Position responsibilities will include:
•    Provide assistance to junior engineers with application related questions
•    Build Environments to specifications
•    Proactive system monitoring functions, real-time responses, and performance tuning
•    Efficient in building RPMs on Linux OS
•    Perform root cause & system log analysis
•    Maintain operational support and related system documentation
•    Trouble ticket research, troubleshooting, and resolution
•    Ability to work on multiple initiatives outside the scope of the day to day activities
•    Provide 24/7 application support to production and lower environments
•    Effectively report issues, risks, and timely status to the team
•    Be familiar with creating documentation using WIKI 3.0
Requirements:
•    5+ years of proven experience in installation, configuration and administration of the following:
•    SiteMinder Policy Server
•    CA Federation Services
•    CA Directory Services
•    CA Secure Proxy server
•    CA Siteminder Policy Server with SAML integration experience
•    Authentication, Authorization & Security experience
•    Familiarity with Directory Services, DB2 and SQL Databases
•    Experience with Shell and Perl scripting
•    Experience with redundancy and resiliency applied to create a high availability service
•    Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment and on on-call support
