Team:
The Business Analyst is part of a team that is onsite at the client location and is actively engaged and collaborating with the client's SMEs.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a strong client relationship.
2. Lead meetings with the client.
3. Solicit and foster requirement details
4. Take meeting minutes
5. Learn the business processes
6. Challenge the client to think ahead and mitigate potential risks
7. Create well written Business Requirement Documents
8. Maintain document integrity by following defined processes
9. Work closely with QA Team to review requirements and test cases
10.Document processes or workflows.
