[MTC Global] Nice to discuss but a faculty in a small college is given 3 different subjects to teach. He should give notes for all the three subjects at pg level.

Nice to discuss but a faculty in a small college is given 3 different subjects to teach. He should give notes for all the three subjects at pg level.

One studies around 30 different subjects in PGDM. Is it too hard for one faculty to master at least 3 subjects in his chosen elective? What's wrong in expecting that? A faculty need not give notes and even if he desires to do so, he should structure it in such a way that he has to do it only one time and thereafter keep doing cosmetic revisions here and there following the principles of Kaizen.

Infrastructure zero. He is expected to do bring his own laptop. Buy his own books as all books are not bought by college, pay huge registration fees to conference fdp research paper and to research guides too from own pockets, adjust class before taking a leave, absence of research work leave.
With all humility, let me proclaim that DHRUVA COLLEGE of MANAGEMENT doesn't give these pinpricks at all. We provide our faculty with:
- a world class infrastructure
- laptop/system (given on day one)
- 24x7 fully WiFi campus
- 25,000 plus strong books library
Research in treated ON DUTY
- full registration and to & fro A/C train fare to attend MDPs/FDPs, conferences+50% of all costs reimbursed for foreign events once in a while
- R&D and consulting facility on par with IIMs

Do some clerical job too like exam form filling, proctorship, exam duty, question paper answering, do online attendance entry in outdated software
This is PART & PARCEL of the job. Assessment, and need-based admin work is part of the  job. A faculty is a part of the organisation and not independent of it.

no proper salary scales only with consolidated pay, no motivation, recognition, compensation.
Again with all the humility, let me say that DHRUVA COLLEGE of MANAGEMENT provides its faculty with:
pay of scale as per AICTE
- incentives like free accommodation, transport, medical aid, children fee reimbursed,
- bonus of 10 times of salary for every 5 years of completed service with DHRUVA

Pleasing boss by saying yes sir to everything.
Undoubtedly, this is an anathema to any creative mind and organisation. DHRUVA encourages questioning STATUS QUO and not believing in the printed word irrespective of who-so-ever be the preceptor/author.

End if it he becomes entrepreneur only by leaving teaching.
What is wrong in that? This is the age of entrepreneurs. DHRUVA produces intrapreneurs, if not entrepreneurs. Several colleagues are given free air ticket while leaving for foreign shores.
