Job Description:

 

High level responsibility: The data analyst will responsible for eliciting the requirements/business rules needed to ETL the source into OMOP CDM.  The data analyst will facilitate and manage all meetings related to the work as well as document the business rules using OMOP tools (Rabbit in a Hat and White Rabbit).   The data analyst will be responsible for resolving any questions/concerns from the data team during the ETL development as well as participate in the data validation.  This data analyst will also lead the business data validation process to ensure the business has what they need and the bugs are worked on appropriately.

 

Requirements:  

·         Good communication and writing skills

·         Ability to facilitate meetings

·         Ability to perform day-to-day project management

·         Ability to gather requirements/business rules

·         Ability to work with both the business stakeholders and development team

·         SQL knowledge

·         Knowledge of ETL process and databases

·         OMOP knowledge a plus

·         Rabbit in a Hat and White Rabbit a plus
