The client seeks a seasoned Java/J2EE software developer with ATG Web Commerce & PL/SQL development experience.
Note: Resource must be onsite in Wilkes-Barre, PA. No remote work.
Required Skills:
6 years of Java and J2EE-related technologies (Javascript, Applets, etc.) development
4 years experience with Oracle ATG Web Commerce development (including 1 yr MVC such as Stuts, String)
4 years PL/SQL experience.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages/technologies including:
o CSS, Dojo, AJAX, JQuery, JSP, SOAP, XML/XHTML
Knowledge in the following platforms/applications:
o Oracle DBMS, IBM Rational App Dev, Subversion, WebSphere, Windows, UNIX
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design.
Strong background in Web Application development and software development lifecycles.
Strong background in database design
Strong problem solving abilities
Experienced in Client/Server and Service Oriented Architectures
Preferred Skills:
Experience in developing applications for multiple mobile platforms (e.g Android, iOS)
Experience with Hibernate
Agile management practices
Good Verbal Communication
Good Team working skills
