Position: Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH 

Duration: 6 Months+ Extendable

Experience Required: 8+Years

Rate:$45/hr On C2C

Job Description:

Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst having marketing domain experience
Should have experience of creating Business scope & solutions requirements documents by understanding business process
Experience in complex data analysis & data mining
Experience with database querying tools, languages and analytical platforms supporting database marketing such as Access, Excel, SQL,
Has a strong sense of urgency, commitment to goals and is self-motivated/directed

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative or social science field.
Additional advanced degree (Ph.D., JD, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Desirable Characteristics:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
•Progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity.
•Work effectively in teams as well as independently across multiple tasks while meeting aggressive timelines.
•Experience working in a consumer-centric company with teams of technical professionals in a cross-functional environment.
