Ofege, how can you be announcing your own appointment?congrats any way. 

From a professional point, are you just telling readers on the various fora you are registered with or soliciting for potential clients? Well, get back to the said company appointing you, they should send your appointment to you in French and English, publish the letter as send. Also, get copies of the letter pay news organs within Central Africa to disseminate the announcement. Massa, we have learn to get out of this comfort zones we mimic all the time.
