Yesterday night I downloaded the article and read it, my first reading. My impressions are:

Article is beautifully organized, giving new angles to many facets like spirituality and alphabets, symbols, new equations etc.
What is consciousness? Does it exist only in living organisms?
Can such measures as space, time, energy and matter be applied to consciousness?
Does in-animate possess consciousness? If not, then how to resolve the energy residing in them?
Which is first: mind or consciousness?
One can read one's mind or of others if and only if only consciousness exists. If it is agreed to, then how one read consciousness through mind?
The functioning of universe show as far as we can understand follow so called certain laws forming whats known as science.Violation of such laws also yield scientific results! It is stated that peak of scientific approach leads to spirituality. And I do not have any hesitation to agree with this because if one reads the autobiography of Ramkrishna Paramhansa, one finds all his actions and activities were scientific, rather those activities are the natural outcomes of his (pure) consciouness, and he might not be aware these could be termed as scientific!
Science is play of mind and not of consciousness.

Enough now. I will come back sometimes gain.
