Yes, Mr Ngwang Gumne's is that of a leader. He sounds clearly so.

I think every one sound upstairs got his clear message and stop time waisting.

I will also advise that people seeking to know hings based on strategy
should do so on a one-on-one not asking such questions on this
infested forum. One will not expect Barack Obama to go discuss state
strategic issues on CNN
