   Job Title  : ServiceNow Service Watch Consultant/Architect

   Location   : Salisbury, NC

   Start Date:  Immediate

  Duration   : 6+ Months Contract

Description :

 Here are the details in regard to an immediate ServiceNow Service Watch Consultant/Architect resource need Kathy Buckley has that I am assisting her with.  This position is mostly remote with potentially some onsite trips to Salisbury, NC.  Please note, we need someone who can start almost immediately, as the resource we had identified to lead this initiative is being transitioned to another Client's project.

o   Job Description/Reqts:

ServiceNow Service Watch Consultant/Architect will work with ServiceNow team and shadow client as they lead a Proof of Value for Service Watch delivering improved business risk and impact analysis.  Scope of effort included business service definition, business service modeling, application CI Architecture for CMDB. 

 

Must have extensive Senior Level ITSM Consulting and Development background with hands on experience with ServiceNow and CMDB Implementations.  Service Watch knowledge and experience required. 

Will also need to be familiar with PeopleSoft.

Must have strong leadership and communication skills, strong in the areas of IT Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, ITIL Process Consulting, IT Management, IT Program/Project Management and IT Business System Analyst experience.

o   Certs:  ITIL required.  PMP desired.

 

o   Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

o   End Customer Name:  Undisclosed

o   Location including city/state):  Salisbury, NC, 28147

 

o   Onsite/Remote Requirement:  Onsite 1 week for kickoff, remainder, primarily remote.  Goal for Kickoff is 9/28 – 10/2 (NOTE: this date very well may be pushed out) Remote remainder

 

o   Travel Requirement:  Travel would be minimal, but will be dependent on the POV being successful as we will lead the implementation.

o   Contract Start Date:  Immediate (9/28 goal but realistically, this will need to be pushed out)

o   Contract Duration:  Is dependent on the POV being successful, if successful it could be 4-6 months
