Position: BigData (Hadoop) Architect

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: 12 Months

 

Description:

·           Should have 10+ Experience in IT and DW environment preferably on Teradata and Oracle Data warehousing platforms

·           Must have at least 4+ years of experience in Hadoop Ecosystem (Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Oozie, Map Reduce, Yarn, etc.)

·           Should have experience working with HBase, Casandra, or other NoSQL technologies

·           Strong coding background in Core Java- Strong knowledge of scripting including Python, shell scripting

·           Must have worked on designing and building large scale data lakes coexistent with enterprise data warehouse

·           Should be able to help IT & Business Customers in building a roadmap and strategy to transition into a Big Data journey with strong ROI

·           Should have strong techno-functional skill to efficiently conceptualize business scenarios into BigData Use Cases

·           Retail and Healthcare Domain knowledge is an added advantage.
