·         Strong experience with Architecture and Design

·         15+ years of development experience

Including 10+ years Java development experience

·         Multiple methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)

·         Multiple platforms including Weblogic, JBOSS

·         Architecture and Design of Java Applications including web services

·         MVC Javascript Frameworks

·         Extensive project experience

·         Consulting roles

·         Mentoring

·         Experience designing creative solutions to unique problems

·         Responsibility for project delivery

·         History of evolving with technological changes
