Our client need for a ServiceNow specialist to help address a wide array of needs with the system, including custom tables, custom applications, custom notifications, UI's, work flows, SLA's, etc. One large project is specific to Orchestration, which they just purchased, as they are looking to automate and eliminate simple tasks. There will also be a heavy focus with on boarding/off-boarding; responsibilities including automation, data entry, field changes, requests, work flows, UI. They would also like to integrate SharePoint and SAP with ServiceNow utilizing SOAP.
This person will work with the Manager and an assigned Project Manager to complete the necessary requirements. Most of the requirements are already gathered, but there will likely be a need for documentation. When dealing with custom applications, this person may be interfacing with sales ops and the app dev team.
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2+ years of ServiceNow experience
3. Highly proficient with scripting (JavaScript)
4. Experience with application UI configuration, workflow design and client-specific reporting
5. Experience with web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP)
6. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design, and/or software engineering principles
