Duration : 6 Months
· This consultant is required to be senior IT professional with profound experience in Agile and that too in business transformation area
· He is required to understand the current scenarios in Life Time Fitness and must be able to evangelize.
· Upon discussions & approval from the client management, he/she require to create project/program plan for execution of that transformation
· Work very closely with development/execution team, and then be mentor for them, to see through the entire program of IT transformation
· The consultant would report directly to the Life Time Fitness VP of IT Applications, to understand the requirements, envisage the roadmap and then plan for the development of the same and be part of that development team too as a mentor.
· The duration can be good long onsite at Minneapolis
