Position Responsibilities:
· Experience with system administration, process development and documentation.
· Complete process and project documentation, perform testing, and support functional use of the solutions / systems implemented. Lead analysis with functional management to assess and trend resource forecasting accuracy.
· Develop solutions to problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
· Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
· Develop new concepts, techniques, and standards.
· Support functional resource management, including training and supporting change management on the purpose, process, and tool (PDW).
· Work with cross-functional leadership to align resource and business processes. Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
· Regularly interacts with senior management. More than 5 years of experience.
