Re: [MTC Global] [Weekend Big Debate] Dress Code ! How does it help in performance?

Hi Sir,

You raised a correct issue,i observed that many of the faculties are not even coming in proper formal dress especially in the engineering and management colleges under the same roof of engineering institutions, proper formal dress wearing is a minimum courtesy but we are discussing about the minimum etiquette, its very sad.
My view point is we have to implement blazer as a dress code at least on the event days.

Thanking You

Uniform dress code gives a sense of discipline, unity, sense of belonging and better presentation. Premier institutions do not have any dress code. In IT, casual dress code even for interview is fine. Many have a culture of formal and casual dress code.

In many factories workers have different dress code and managers have different. Hospitals also follow the same. In colleges , support staffs are forced to wear dress code but faculty do not have any.

What is big about dress code? Do you thing faculty should also have dress code?
