seeking a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst for a project.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM environment (cloud and on premise), from conception through implementation.
- Carry out development tasks, technical analysis and testing tasks associated with the IT strategic initiatives that follow the "Rapid Application Development" model.
- Test deliverables against requirements to establish conformity.
- Work with other IT team members, and project/organization stakeholders in coordinating and developing solutions and auditing quality requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2+ years of practical analytical experience in a Microsoft development environment, DYNAMICS CRM/XRM (both online and on premise).
- Knowledge of SQL and SRSS.
- At least 8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, documentation and specification skill set.
- Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives within timeline specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education/experience working in a technical shop practicing the rapid application development model.
- Education/experience in IT analysis and design, ability to write technical documentation.
- Education/experience/background in quality assurance techniques, ability to write technical documentation, comprehensive testing.
- Significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics XRM environment including ERP development.
- Ability to utilize appropriate business analysis tools, e.g., Visio, PowerPoint and Prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of workflow or wireframe prototype development.
