Job Description:      

 

Role Requirements (E=essential, P=preferred)

•           E- 5+ years IT experience with 2+ years' experience as an architect level.

•           E- 3+ years' experience in designing test automation.

•           E- Solid scripting skills with extensive experience in a scripting language like Java, or VB.NET

•           E- Hands-on experience in XML, Xpath, JSON, Web Services and SOAP (XML, JSON).

•           E- Strong understanding of J2EE architectural concepts (example, n-tier online framework) or equivalent VB.NETconcepts

•           E- Solid experience with automation frameworks/tools, and continuous integration systems (Jenkins, Maven)

•           E- Expert ability to apply analytical/problem-solving skills to solve complex design/coding problems.

•           E- Expert understanding and the ability to apply software design and testing principles.

•           E- Deep understanding of the relational databases (SQL), and proven ability to develop complex queries

•           E- 3+ years of proven ability to lead a team using project management skills and expertise, and be able to mentor QA automation engineers on test automation best practices and processes

•           P- Experience in Sencha EXTJS, GXT/GWT or other HTML5/Javascript frameworks

•           P- Experience with software version control/configuration management tools, and test parallelization solutions

•           P- Experience with open source Java frameworks (i.e spring) and tools or equivalent VB.net tools

•           P- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

•           P- Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills

•           P- Knowledge of Ranorex, Talend, UFT, Selenium, or other test automation tools.

•           P- Proven ability to interface with management to articulate complex test automation design into tangible business
