Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiatorsvis-a-vis competition
Skill2 - Consulting (L2)
Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions. Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization. Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer. Account Mining to generate opportunities.

· Expert in Creating Custom Profiles/fields/Dependent pick list/Look upfields/formula fields/Customizing Page layouts and record types, In-depthknowledge on Creating role hierarchy, Sharing rules, Approval Rules, Validationrules and other out of box features Ability to perform security and accessrelated tasks such as Managing and creating users ,organization wide defaults, record access , creation of role hierarchy and sharing model ,setting upopportunities and account team , folder access Ability to extend thesalesforce.com application using Custom objects , Custom tabs , Custom Web-tabs.
