Job Description

· To develop a sound knowledge of business area and the effect of the requested changes.

· To liaise with business managers and low-level users to understand and document business requirements across affected business areas.

· To understand, document and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas.

· To work with business owners and delivery workstreams to develop optimal solutions.

· To develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Become an expert on EIS Service Related Equipment (SRE)

• Review the EIS RFP an extract SRE-specific user stories

• Act as the Value Team Facilitator for projects focused on the SRE functional area

• Research and map the source and system flow for all data elements required to support SRE

• Work with other functional areas (ordering, pricing, etc.) to ensure that user stories are consistent across the various areas

• Work with architecture team to evaluate the SRE processes in conjunction with ordering and fulfillment

• Define the look & feel of the EIS SRE ordering screens, and create any associated templates

• Attend all SRE-related project meetings and keep all projects on track

• Document all business processes surrounding EIS SRE

• Be familiar with the entire EIS RFP, and remain involved in any decisions throughout the company that may impact SR

• Participate in all testing efforts surrounding SRE projects, as well as any projects that may impact SRE

• Understand all SRE-related defects, either in test or production environments, and drive them to closure

• Participate in the BSS test planning exercises to ensure test cases cover SRE requirements

• Track delivery of initial production SRE to EIS customers

• SRE User Stories captured from the EIS RFP

• Templates for all required SRE screens

• SRE data mapping spreadsheets

• SRE-specific test cases

• Weekly project status reports and scorecards

• SRE business process documents
