Position       :  PeopleSoft HR Functional Consultant with eCompensation Exp.
Location      :  McLean, VA

Duration     :  4-6 Months
Interview   : Phone Hire !!!

Job Requirement

·         Senior PeopleSoft eCompensation/HR Functional Analyst who has knowledge of business processes for eCompensation and HR.

·         Prior experience supporting projects in a leadership position. Candidate will be able to support annual compensation process – configurations, changes, updates, etc.

·         Must have strong functional skills interacting with users and stakeholders, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, creating functional/design docs, testing, training, etc.

·         Strong communication is needed. Experience working with at least v9.1.

·         Experience with ePerformance, and Learning Management would be secondary skills to primary eComp and core HR.
