Project Manager @ Dallas

Role : Project Manager

Location : Dallas

Duration : 6+ months

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent education and experience

• 10+ years of project management experience (to include managing multiple long and short term projects and application of Agile/Scrum practices)

• 5+ years' experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.

• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills

• Strong team-building and leadership skills

• Intermediate or above level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint (including Agile/Scrum Backlog Management tools)

• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely

• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

• Stress management

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work and continue to monitor and make changes to work as the project needs dictate.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and must possess strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and be self-directed and motivated

• Demonstrated history in navigating cross functional/cross segment, enterprise groups and possess high tolerance to stress and the ability to handle difficult situations in a confident and diplomatic manner within a large matrix organization.

• Provides leadership, organization and methodology to a multi-functional matrixed project team.

• Prior experience with merger/acquisition work a plus.

• PMP Certification, Agile/Scrum Master training a plus.
