Dear All
Any government job which does not stipulate a cut-off academic qualification is bound to receive responses from all interested.
Especially from the aspirants who understand that the job vacancy is at the UP Secretariat and comes with an opportunity to work at an administrative & political power centre with government employee job privileges & benefits for life.
This does not in any way undermine the quality of the academic qualification a job aspirant possesses and cannot be assumed to be unemployed while applying.
Let us not mix a subject of opportunity with the quality of academic qualification.

As per October national Newspapers and TV..... In UP for 368 peons posts of 5th std qualification...applicants are 255 PhDs, 10000 MBAs, + BTechs + MTechs+ MCAs= 2 lakhs. These are all genuine degrees from AICTE approved Universities. None from fake Universities. Why such poor condition. Is not credibility is lost. Can you please throw some light.
