Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills
• Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience. • Experience customizing and enhance ServiceNow • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other ticketing tools. • Experience converting business requirements into technical solutions • Experience configuring and customize all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.) • Experience developing integration components (SSO, LDAP, SSL, etc.) • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.) • Experience working with geographically distributed teams a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
