Gunning for a Modern Ngia P !!!

We need a modern Ngia P,a P Ton Ton with
modern structures !!! These structures are as follows:

1) Board of Directors: A Board of
dynamic and resourceful Directors should be set up !!!
These directors shall be P's shareholders !!!
A share may be worth fifty thousand (50 000)
CFA francs. The shareholder with the highest number
of shares shall be the Chairperson of the Board !!!

2) General Assembly: A General Assembly of all P members
should be set up !!! It shall be made up of all P members who
have membership cards!!! These cards shall be worth 1 000 frs,
2 000 frs, 5 000 frs, 10 000 frs and 25 000 frs.

3) Advisory Committee: It shall comprise well -selected and respectable
persons, persons who can provide reasonable advise for the advancement
of Ngia P !!!

4) Monitoring Committee: This committee shall monitor the implementation
of all decisions and resolutions!!!
