seeking a Senior Java Programmer for a long term project in Queens, NY. Successful applicant will have at least 8+ years experience in programming to design, code and test applications, primarily developed as Java web applications in IBM Websphere Application Server.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- At least 6+ years experience in core Java
- 5+ years experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF) v1.2, MyFaces, RichFaces, Tomahawk, JavaScript, jQuery
- 4+ years of experience using Spring / Hibernate
- 4+ years of experience in JSP
- 5+ years of experience in WebServices
- DB2
- Emphasis on strong GUI design and implementation skills
- Eclipse or Rational Application Developer
- Datastage and Pega experience is a plus
- Cognos reporting and datawarehouse
- JasperReports
- Candidates located close to the work site are preferred
