A world class organisation is inclusion-of every human resource involved in it who make it an organic being.Everything else is secondary ,for me personally.
Systemic viewing of the organisation, the link between teacher and taught, the sense of purpose and contribution that every resource wants to give off themselves is what makes a great organisation.
I remember my school was rated the first for many decades .In spite of it being what one could call chain of schools-.people would always speak great about this branch.
I look back often to see why many of us refused to take a day off from school and realize many things came together beautifully-leadership,teachers who gave us knowledge, competition among students, the music and movies and library and games and the canteen....the freedom, the discipline, the space to grow and be yourself;the mentors, the student elections....all came together to make it a class act.And the sheer joy of being in school....

Dear Faternity--Students from the nascent stage should feel the student life as "PROFESSIONAL LIFE" and start feeling responsible for the outcomes rather than the other way round. Quality matters and practical examples and real time experiences....would help in achieving world class B-School.RegardsDr. Pallavi, Asst.Prof.School of Mgmnt Studies,DayanadaSagar UniversityBengaluru-78.On Thu, Dec 24, 2015 at 12:26 PM, Prof. Bholanath Dutta <bnath.dutta@gmail.com> wrote:This message is eligible for Automatic Cleanup!
