Are you a Business Analyst with a history of working on web based system delivery? Local to the Madison, WI area (or can come onsite for interview)? Have some exposure to Project Management as well? Then this opp might be of interest to you.
TARGET PROFILES
(in order of desirability)
· #1 - Local (currently in Madison area) -- BA with web background 8+ years
· #2 - Not-local but can come in for onsite and would relo/travel -- BA with web background and 10+ years (some roles as PM or Project Lead as well)
SKILLS - CORE:
· Business Analyst (BA) Roles
SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:
· Business Analyst (BA) Roles -- Web Systems
· Project Management (PM) Roles
· Business processes improvement
· Documenting Application Requirements
· Documenting business processes
· Documenting requirements and design
· Review Business Requirements and Technical Design Documentation to Ensure Established Requirements have been met
· Participation in project management methodologies including experience with 'agile' methods.
· Web Project management experience designing, planning and coordinating work teams. Experience in executing work plans and working with stakeholders and project sponsors.
· Willing to authorize background check as part of selection process?
· Develop and document functional requirements working with SME, IT staff and other stakeholders.
· Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools, preferably MS Project
SKILLS - ALSO CONSIDERED:
· Domain -- State Government
· Candidate can do final interview onsite (local or covers cost; 1st screen call prior to that)?
· Ability and willingness to understand and execute the department's project management methodology.
