Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience architecting, designing, prototyping and
developing web or mobile applications
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
Strong leadership experience: Leading meetings, presenting, technical
go to person, and cross-functional leader
Polyglot developer who is comfortable working on Microsoft .NET stack
and Java/J2EE.
C#, ASP.NET, MVC or better, Java/Node.js, AngularJS, mocking frameworks
Familiar with: databases like SQL Server and distributed Cache
Strong experience with Object Oriented Development (OOD)
Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
3+ years of experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST

Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex
technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process
Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
Familiar with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable
and available web applications
Experience with Agile Development & SCRUM
Experience and passion for open source technologies, prototyping
and/or researching the up and coming technology and solutions
Experience with various, modern web frameworks
Passion for trouble shooting issues in production and being data driven

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social, mobile, Cloud/SaaS, big data
