Position:  Pega Certified Senior System Architects or Pega Certified Lead System Architects

Location : ME, NC ,Washington, DC

job Description:

·         We are looking for self-motivated PEGA PRPC Architects to drive innovations on technology interoperable platforms with PEGA PRPC for enterprise customers in diverse industry verticals. Key focus areas would be PEGA PRPC to drive Big data analytics, Next Best Action, and Internet of Everything

Job Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement solutions to address business problems in various industry verticals.

·         Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology(POT) evaluation on interoperable technology platforms

·         Train and mentor developers towards solution development and POC/POT execution

·         Support presales engineering activities for PEGA PRPC based RFPs

Job Requirement

·         Must have pega SSA or CLSQ certification and great communication skills.

·         Good expertise of the PRPC architecture, security model, and service interfaces

·         Hands-on experience using PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) version 6 and above

·         Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails

·         Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule-Connects and Rule Services, developing activities using/implementing Functions

·         Core Java Programming (experience in JavaScript and/or J2EE will be a big plus)

·         PRPC User Interface development using Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions developing web-based UIs using DHTML, Object-oriented JavaScript etc.

·         Implementation of Declarative Processing features Expressions, Constraints, On Change, Decision Rules like Decision Table, Decision Map etc.

·         Advanced Experience in WebSphere or Weblogic Application Server deployment and configuration

·         Good Understanding of Flow Shapes,SLA,Serveices,Routing,Advanced Routings, Case Management,

·         Work Relaitionship,Correpeondence,Best Practices, Engine API

·         Good Understanding of all Rule-Declare types, rule execution and rule management techniques, JAVA API

·         Expertise in PRPC Authorization and Authentication Techniques with good understanding of integrating PRPC with external security model in enterprise structure

·         Understand the differences between internal Pega reporting and business intelligence reporting

·         Understand the types of reporting that Pega does well versus reporting that should be handled outside of Pega

·         Identify and describe the various report types

·         When and how to use the reporting features available, including joins, thresholds, images and Smart Info

·         Good understanding of PRPC guardrails of UI design and best practices

·         Configure Client side features like JavaScript API,DOJO and Ajax within PRPC

·         Know how and when to use the Product Migration wizard Services and Connectors

·         Good understanding of services and connectors, service authentication, deployment of services

·         Know how and when to use the Product Migration wizard

·         Good Understanding on deployment strategy based on product rule and product patch, locking work object

·         Expertise in using Product Migration wizard and deployment in multi-node and clustered environment

·         Good grip on PRPC Architecture and have understanding of how PRPC fits into Java EE architecture

·         Good expertise of performance monitoring based on parameters viz. JVM Size, CPU Utilization, PAL, Memory, Garbage Collection, DB Stats, Log files, etc.

·         Evaluate Class structure and guide on re-usable PRPC components

·         Manages the overall key design areas of the project

·         Has strong technical leadership and expert consultative skills

·         Ensures that systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable

·         Certified in Pega PRPC CSA (Must),CSSA (Must),CLSA, CBA

 

Nice to have:

·         Experience on multiple projects across multiple roles

·         Proven technical ability with strong leadership skills and solid technical customer relationship building skills

·         Experience with the SmartBPM Methodology and DCO (Certified Methodology Black Belt)preferable

·         Familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies is plus.

·         Ability to work independently and as a team member.
