Requirements:
? 5-7 years of Project Management experience with a focus on business critical projects in an extremely fast-paced Digital Agile environment with Mobile.
? Serve as PM with overall project management for software development activities using the Scrum Agile methodology
? Experience in applying Agile and Scrum project management techniques to solve business problems
? Ability to work across teams in a matrix organization.
? Able to work with various levels of functional management and third party vendors
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners
? Strong presentation and communication skills.
? Familiarity with budget tracking and portfolio financial analysis.
? Very positive attitude and good collaboration skills.
? Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
? Proficient in MS Project, Office, and Visio
? Telecommuting is not available; all work is required on-site in Whippany

? Ability to produce clear and accurate project documentation
? Ability to extrapolate, document and communicate clear technical requirements.
? Daily task management and proactive issue and task tracking.
? Build and manage a project schedule.
? Able to effectively multitask on a daily basis.
