Candidates need experience with creating and maintaining test cases with ALM
11.

Required:
. Quality Center and ALM 11 Explorer Testing Tool Experience
. Microsoft Office Products including VISIO, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint,
OneNote
. WEBEX Conferencing and Office Communicator IP Phone and Instant Messaging
. Test Case Design
. Test Case Execution
. Ability to work in a fast paced organization with very tight timelines
. Ability to get up to speed and be productive and add value in a shortened
timeframe
. SDLC including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Methodologies


Assets:
. VCCDesktop Experience
. Kana applications
. Healthcare
. Financial Banking
. Previous Call Center Experience including Call Center Applications Support

. Interactive Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Applications involving CVP,
CISCO, AAEP
