Location               : Long Beach, CA

 

JavaScript, UI Design, HTML4.0, XML, CSS, ITSM, Ticketing tool like ServiceNow                                                             

 

Job Description:

 

• Requires experience knowledge of JavaScript, UI Design, HTML4.0, XML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), Strong in Object Oriented Programming Concepts, Database (SQL, Stored Procedures or PL/SQL) 
• Prefer knowledge of iteration development experience with Agile/SCRUM. 
• Requires advanced skills associated with programming design, modification and implementation. 
• Requires interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. 
• Has a skill needed to develop conversion and system implementation plans.   

• Must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.     Desired Skills:                                      

 

Prior experience in Service-Now or other ticketing tool , JQUERY, Jelly Scripting, AJAX,REST,  Service-now CMS (Content Management System), service-now UI Development, WebServices Integration experience, SQL, Data Transformations 
Requires knowledge of other related areas of IT and IT Service Management (ITIL) processes.
