There are three types of students who miss the classes:
- Genuine reasons like tours, athletics meet, emergency etc.: The best practice is to pre-planned the sessions.
- Students habituated to remain absent: Be in their contact through e-mail and furnish them course material in a planned matter, suitably organize deliberation sessions without regards to the he number of students attending such sessions,
- Flipped classroom: More care and planning is necessary say for employed students.

Subject: [MTC Global] Assisting Students who miss class
What do you do to assist students who miss your class for legitimate reasons such as participation in athletics, attend a conference, or travel home for a family emergency? Are they left like that or some remedial measures (productive) are taken .
