I believe that first transaction that takes place between two individuals when they meet for the first time that they sell themselves to each other in terms of level of liking or disliking other person will form in his mind towards him/her. This includes many factors e.g. the way one walks and talks, the way one is dressed up and presents himself, the manner of salutation, facial expressions and body language, first sentence that is spoken and finally instant reaction when they meet eye to eye with each other. First sales lesson comes from this transaction.

Why sales? We all should learn sales because this is the one of the few things technology can't replace. With digital marketing you have right set of information to target buyers but still it didn't replace hard core salesman, but many technologies are being introduced to aid salesman, Salesforce.com is the best example of it.
